Nursing Console

One or more Frail Care consoles may be located within the facility.
Consoles provide an easy way to view and manage patient requests. Colour coded entries track the status of each call.
Alerts from  BeSecure Panic Activators may also be routed to the console, allowing Care Staff to also respond to requests for assistance from residents.

Our ward indicators show where help is needed and the status of patient request using colour coded flashing light.

Sounders are placed within the facility so that Care Workers can hear new requests through customised sounds.

Automatic call acknowledgement

When using the system, Care workers can acknowledge calls by pressing their own wearable button. Their location identifies the patient they are standing next to.

Once a request has been attended to, the care worker selects an appropriate reason code on the console to identify the reason for the call and how it was attended to.

Each call is logged with time stamps for indicating time logged, time acknowledged by a care worker, and the time it was closed.
A short reason code explains why the patient requested help.
